CT Stories of Hope
Organ, eye and tissue transplants offer patients a new chance at healthy, productive, normal lives and return them to their families, friends and communities. Here are some of their stories. Click on the photo.
Transplant Team of Connecticut (now Team Liberty) has been very busy with various fundraisers and bringing awareness to the public of the importance of organ and tissue donation. We are looking forward to going to the next Donate Life Transplant Games of America. Any recipients, donor families, living donors, supporters, or professionals are welcome to attend our meetings to learn more about our team.
